Greg Flynn’s perceptive and creative care transforms the communities in which he serves. He is drawn to develop sustainable programs and communities that support individual and collective growth. Clint Fuhs is a teacher, writer, workshop facilitator, and coach specializing in integral theory and practice. He is a senior student of Ken Wilber who has studied and applied the integral approach for over ten years. After six years of working in curriculum and operations at Integral Institute and Integral Life, Clint is now the founder and CEO of Core Integral, Inc. Dedicated to ensuring the integrity of a comprehensive and engaged integral understanding, Core Integral works in partnership with Ken Wilber and Integral Life.

Jason Harler is the General Manager and part of the original visionary force behind The Standard Spa Hotel located in Miami Beach, Florida, home of The Standard Center for Integral Living. Rob also spent 5 years as the Senior Integral Consultant and Human Performance Specialist for Phillips Performance Nutrition.

Kris Nelson is founder and principal at Krama Consulting and Development: process driven organization development and business strategy. Kris is also a spiritual teacher who lives and teaches in Los Angeles, and has taught both nationally and internationally. Kris has distilled over 20 years of practice in eastern and western traditions and has applied his insights and understanding to modern, urban living, offering a life based, integral world-centric perspective of awakening.

Lukas Kade Rathke was born into this world with the inherent knowledge that he had come to assist with the great awakening. As a young boy it became obvious to Lukas that before he could help others to awaken he, himself, must embark on the journey of dark tunnels and high mountain peaks. Places that they didn’t teach us about in schools or books; places that can only be experienced. Since his youth Lukas has navigated many corridors of body and spirit and mind. He does not seek to teach or lead anybody, though he is ever present to be a light in your dark tunnels and celebrate with you on your mountain tops.

Marriage: A Path with Heart with Dr. Marc Gafni

best framework I know for spiritual growth is a long-term committed relationship, of which the archetype is clearly marriage. This view of marriage is enormously liberating. We need to let go of the old views of marriage in which it is either a happiness machine or a grim ball and chain partnership for survival. It is neither.

Marriage is rather the most powerful framework for growth. Happiness is not the goal of marriage; instead, it is the natural by-product of spiritual growth which comes from a marriage well lived. The mutual gifting in marriage is therefore, primarily of a spiritual kind. It is a showering with gifts which leads to the growth and flowering of the beloved. The reason marriage is the paradigm of growth is that it is a path and not an event.

Contrary to what many may think, there is no one great gift or act of sacrifice which will make the beloved happy forever. Marriage is not a destination it is a journey. Everyday there are a thousand moments of giving which weave the magical threads of intimacy. Marriage is not about getting THERE. It is about GETTING there.

Dear friends,

For many, the vision of integral spirituality is one of a world in which humanity can finally, after many millennia, come to appreciate and embody the mystery of reality in a powerful, compassionate and sophisticated way that honors the many ways people know and understand Spirit. When religion is ostensibly at the root of so much global conflict, this even may be a key to long-term human survival.

And yet this vision of spiritual evolution has felt out-of-touch when it has not taken its work of the heart and put it into motion in the challenging conditions of a fast-paced world. Like you we seek to bring a higher degree of integration between the head, heart and hands of spiritual evolution at the forefront of contemporary culture. It is with this intention that we are honored to announce the formation of Integral Life Spiritual Center.

Born out of the rich heritage of the former Integral Spiritual Center and finding root in the emerging Integral spiritual tradition, ILSC is designed to be an energetic body that convenes leading spiritual teachers, scholars, activists, business and civic leaders and others to focus on a grounded yet advanced spiritual understanding and practice in community, conversation and civic affairs.

Fellows and Members of ILSC – including Brother David Steindl-Rast, Jean Houston, Caroline Myss, Neale Donald Walsch, Lama Surya Das, Michael Bernard Beckwith, Dr. Rev. Cynthia Bourgeault, Joan Borysenko, David Abrams, Alan Wallace, John Friend, Gershon Winkler, Gabriel Cousens, Gangaji, Eli Jaxon-Bear and many more of our dear friends – are drawn from diverse spiritual traditions and walks of life and include teachers and leaders who are both new to the integral community and who have been with you for years.

In particular, Integral Life Spiritual Center’s mission to bring spirituality “off the mat and into the world” is fulfilled in four primary ways:

By speaking out and collaborating to take effective action against human rights abuses, including human trafficking, genocide and global climate change.
By offering the vital conversations about the future of spirituality and religion in the next millennium by guest editing one issue annually of the Journal of Integral Theory and Practice and offering to the Integral Life community leading-edge dialogues between Fellows that can deepen, clarify and evolve our understanding of Spirit’s depth, invitation and trajectory.

Sofia Diaz is a gifted teacher of Hatha yoga, sacred movement, and feminine spiritual practice, deriving her form of teaching and body philosophy from the South Indian Temple Arts and their accompanying scriptures. She has apprenticed with dance and music masters of the Balasaraswati lineage of Devadasi Sadir. She is also a core founder and faculty of iEvolve: Global Practice Community.

Diane Musho Hamilton is a gifted mediator, facilitator and teacher of Zen and Integral Spirituality. She is a co-director of the Integral Life Spiritual Center and has worked with Ken Wilber and Integral Institute since 2004. Diane is the Senior Teacher for Integral Recovery. She is the lead trainer on Integral Life Practice. She is also a core founder and faculty of iEvolve: Global Practice Community.

Driving Directions

Denver International Airport – Take Pena Blvd. and merge onto I-70 West. Exit onto I-270 West (exit number 279). Merge onto US 36 West (Boulder-Denver Turnpike). From US 36, take Church Ranch Blvd./104th Avenue. Exit and turn left. Turn left at 103rd Avenue.

Airport Transportation Information – Super Shuttle (303-227-0000) – Hourly departures from DIA to Boulder from 7:10am to 11:10pm. Return trips to DIA depart the hotel hourly between 4:45am and 10:45pm.

If you are flying out of Denver on Sunday, it is best to leave on the last flight out to allow yourself plenty of time to travel to the airport from the hotel.
